Victoria Oruwari is a UKCP and BACP accredited Humanistic Psychotherapist who specialises in supporting musicians, actors, and administrators within the performing arts. As a Humanistic Psychotherapist Victoria offers a person-centred, gestalt, and transactional analysis approach to therapy. As a freelance opera singer with over 20 years of performing experience, Victoria understands the specific challenges that creatives face. She has performed with prestigious orchestras and has played a range of operatic and musical theatre roles, providing her with firsthand insight into the pressures of the performing world.

Victoria’s background in music informs her therapeutic practice, offering a rich, empathetic understanding of the emotional demands and psychological dynamics of a career in the arts. She works with clients on a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, motivation, stress, and communication. In addition to her private practice, Victoria has worked as a wellbeing counsellor at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, supporting students and young professionals in navigating both personal and professional challenges.

Drawing on her own ongoing career in music, Victoria is dedicated to helping her clients maintain a healthy work-life balance and cultivate resilience in their artistic lives. She believes that fostering emotional wellbeing is key to artistic success, and she is passionate about supporting individuals to thrive both on and off the stage.
