Biography
I am Psychodynamic Counsellor, Trauma-Informed Therapist & Breathwork Facilitator carrying out sessions in both English and Portuguese.
About My Practice
I offer an affirmative, relational, and culturally responsive therapeutic space tailored specifically for performing artists. My practice is fully neurodiversity-friendly and accessible, designed to support creatives navigating the unique systemic and psychological demands of the industry. I integrate psychodynamictrauma-informed, and somatic approaches to provide comprehensive mind-body care and connection. I am deeply committed to offering an inclusive environment for individuals within the LGBTQIA+ and GSRD communities.
Psychotherapy & Clinical Specialisms
I support performers through a wide range of psychological and professional challenges. This includes addressing workplace stress, burnout, and boundary difficulties. Alongside anxiety, depression, loss & grief, and existential concerns. I specialise in supporting those with complex trauma—including cultural, historical, and attachment-related trauma—as well as helping neurodivergent individuals adapt to a neurotypical world.
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)
I facilitate Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) as a powerful somatic tool for performers. This modality targets the physical demands of your craft by regulating the nervous system to dismantle performance anxiety, impostor syndrome and stage fright. It helps release deeply stored tension, clears creative blocks, and prevents burnout. For voice users, actors, and dancers, CCB directly enhances physical grounding, breath awareness, and vocal capacity.
