Kasia is a UKCP accredited psychotherapist and EMDR Europe accredited Practitioner specialising in trauma therapy, neurodivergence, and working with performing artists. She has five years of experience at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and understands the unique pressures of the creative industries, including performance anxiety, self-worth, burnout, perfectionism, and the emotional toll of a career in the arts.
She provides LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy and has extensive experience supporting neurodivergent clients (autistic, ADHD, and PDA profiles). Her approach integrates EMDR, Gestalt Psychotherapy, somatic trauma therapy, and neuroscience-based methods to help clients navigate trauma, PTSD, complex trauma (CPTSD), anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Kasia has also worked extensively with survivors of sexual abuse and CSA through her role at One in Four. She offers a deeply trauma-informed, inclusive, and body-oriented approach to healing.
She provides short- and long-term therapy in English, Polish, and Italian.
