I am a CBT Therapist. I combine my personal experience as a freelance performer and music educator with my psychological and clinical training. I have worked in diverse areas of the music industry, experiencing first-hand the challenges those in the Arts face.

I work in-person and online for CBT therapy and coach individuals or groups with instruments if there are performance related issues. I have 30 years experience, working with students and professionals at various stages of their careers.

I help people deal with demands of the profession such as, performance anxiety, burnout, injury, day-to-day organisation and job/financial insecurity plus the more personal: family, relationships, work dynamic issues, illness and discrimination. I work with those experiencing serious anxiety and depressive disorders, enabling them to function more efficiently in high pressure and competitive environments.

I work with professionals behind the scenes as well as performers.

My aim always is to help people achieve their goals with increased confidence, to regain motivation and live more fulfilled creative lives.
