I am a qualified psychotherapist, offering therapy in London and online. Alongside my private practice, I work as an associate counsellor at the Royal College of Music, supporting musicians and individuals working within high-performance creative environments.

Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked as a professional singer-songwriter and performer, and I continue to maintain my own creative practice. This lived experience informs my therapeutic work and gives me an understanding of the unique psychological demands of the performing arts - such as performance anxiety, creative blocks, burnout, identity challenges, and the pressures of sustaining a career in an often unpredictable industry.

My integrative approach draws on psychodynamic, existential, and humanistic principles, allowing me to adapt to the individual needs of each client. I offer a confidential, collaborative, and compassionate space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. I see psychotherapy as a relational process, grounded in curiosity and a genuine interest in how you experience yourself, your creativity, and your place in the world.

I provide an inclusive, neuro-affirming environment that values diversity in all its forms. I often work with metaphor, seeing therapy as a process of shifting perspective - like turning a prism to reveal new meanings and possibilities. At times, I may offer gentle reflections to support this.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma and Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent's University London and I am working towards Masters and senior accreditation. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to its Ethical Framework.

I offer therapy in both English and French. Having grown up in France within an international environment, I frequently work with expats and creatives navigating cultural identity, transition, and belonging.

Areas I work with include:
