Hi, my name is Eoghan, and I’m a Psychotherapist working in Private Practice. Many of the clients I support experience high levels of anxiety or depression, often feeling stuck in repeating patterns in their relationships or work lives that leave them distressed or unfulfilled. I offer a warm, empathetic space where you can feel safe to be yourself. My approach is gentle and collaborative, allowing us to move at a pace that feels right for you. I am committed to walking alongside you as you reconnect with your inner strength.
Drawing on my experience managing an mental health charity, where I supported individuals, families, and partners affected by mental health and substance-use challenges, I bring a uniquely informed and compassionate perspective to my work. This background allows me to understand complex dynamics and support clients in navigating a wide range of relationship difficulties.
MY APPROACH
I have specialist training in Person-Centred/Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This integrative approach allows me to tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and preferences. I’ve supported clients facing a broad range of challenges, from day-to-day struggles to long-standing emotional difficulties.
I offer tailored therapy to help you navigate personal challenges, deepen your self-awareness, reconnect with a sense of purpose and find your motivation for meaningful change all within a supportive space you can return to each week. Each session is shaped around your unique needs, fostering clarity, growth, and a greater understanding of yourself.
I am also deeply committed to providing a safe and affirming space for individuals of all genders, sexualities, and neurodiverse experiences honouring what makes you, you.
