I am an HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist, Accredited Addiction Therapist, and Qualified Sex Addiction Therapist working in the Harley Street Medical Quarter and the City of London, offering in-person and online psychotherapy.

My background includes specialist work within addiction treatment services, where I supported musicians, actors, media professionals, and other individuals working in high-pressure and public-facing environments. Through this work, I developed an understanding of some of the unique challenges that can arise within the performing arts and creative industries, including performance pressure, burnout, touring schedules, public visibility, emotional isolation, and the impact these experiences can have on coping behaviours, relationships, and wellbeing.

I work with substance addictions, behavioural addictions, compulsive sexual behaviour, emotional regulation difficulties, burnout, trauma-related difficulties, and relapse vulnerability. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from psychodynamic psychotherapy, structured addiction treatment approaches, and art psychotherapy where appropriate.

I aim to offer a discreet, thoughtful and non-judgemental therapeutic space where clients can better understand the patterns contributing to distress, while working towards more stable and sustainable change.
