I have been working therapeutically since I graduated from Roehampton University in 2013. Since then I have continued to develop my practice and have undertaken training in couples therapy, eco-therapy, and clinical supervision. I have worked in many different settings including the NHS adult mental health services, end of life environments, supporting the LGBTQ+ community, adults with complex physical and learning disabilities, and children and young people in primary and secondary schools.
I am person centred and take an integrative approach to my therapeutic work. This means in each session I will be led by yourself and what you choose to work with, as well as drawing upon a variety of therapeutic approaches to best support you. I also take a psychodynamic approach to the therapeutic work, which can help people to understand how their past experiences and relationships can shape their present feelings and behaviours.
