Alice has experience in working with performing artists especially actors, directors, writers, theatre makers, devisers, performers, course leaders / tutors, dancers, producers. She can help with issues relating to any type of mental health, ill health (mild to severe), anxiety, trauma, abuse, neglect, attachment disorders / difficulties stress, relationship difficulties (inter and intra-personal), self-harm, social and emotional difficulties, developmental trauma, self-esteem and confidence.
