Dr Sidrah Muntaha
Sidrah is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. She is regulated by the HCPC, with 20 years of experience in the NHS and private sector. Her company, Lily Arts & Wellbeing, specialises in incorporating the arts in psychological support. Sidrah has a special interest in including songs/music in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and offers therapy using a range of modalities in an integrative manner. This includes psychodynamic approaches which explore unconscious conflicts and interpersonal issues which may impact on relationships and attachment styles. Sidrah has a keen interest in working with artistes struggling with emotional difficulties including anxiety, low mood, self-image issues and perfectionism. She also provides clinical supervision and is a registered supervisor for the British Psychological Society’s Register of Professional Practice Supervisors (RAPPS).
