Biography I am a specialist voice and performance physiotherapist based in London. I combine my own experiences from my career as a professional singer and musical theatre performer, actor-musician, and singing teacher, with my clinical knowledge and experience, to work collaboratively with clients, helping them prevent and return from injury successfully. Using a whole-body approach, I am able to consider and understand their specific needs and barriers from a personal perspective, ensuring each individual feels seen and heard.
I use a variety of treatment modalities, including vocal physiotherapy and laryngeal manipulation, acupuncture, manual therapy, taping, exercise and gym-based rehabilitation work, and education, to help clients feel stronger and more confident in their body and instrument.
I work closely with several leading ENT consultants and specialist voice clinics, singing and voice teachers, Speech and Language Therapists, and other clinicians, to ease the stresses involved in injury rehabilitation by ensuring clear and open communication at all times.
Outside of work, I still sing and play the piano, enjoy Parkrun and marathon running, triathlon, tennis, and walking my french bulldog, Jasper.
