I’m Marina, a Clinical psychologist and Psychotherapist with 20 years of experience. My journey began with a deep curiosity about life and a desire to seek answers, which led me to question, reflect, and explore through philosophy, psychology, and my own experiences. This curiosity nurtured my interest in the human psyche and was later strongly shaped by existentialism.

Long before my work in Psychology, I trained as an Actor and Dancer, studying techniques that deeply informed my understanding of human behaviour, expression, and presence. My training includes the Meisner technique, which emphasizes truthful emotional responses and connection with others; the Grotowski method, which explores movement, embodiment, and the actor’s physical presence; and Yoga, which develops awareness of breath, body, and energy. These practices became deeply integrated with my exploration of the human psyche and creative expression, giving me insight into how movement, emotion, and presence shape our experiences. My wide-ranging interests across cultures and disciplines have given me a profound appreciation for the richness and complexity of human experience, and an understanding of how curiosity, creativity, and embodied practice can shape our lives.

Psychotherapy became a natural path for deepening my engagement with the mysteries of human experience—an opportunity to explore meaning, creativity, and the healing potential of genuine connection.
