Rachel Coleman is a Psychotherapist welcoming clients from the performing arts sector. Rachel has extensive experience working with care-experienced adults, neurodiverse individuals, and members of the LGBTQI+ community. Her approach is inclusive, compassionate, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each person.

Rachel's expertise is in a broad spectrum of mental health challenges and life experiences, including gender-based violence, child sexual abuse, domestic abuse, bullying, trauma, bereavement, grief and traumatic grief, OCD and phobias, PTSD and complex PTSD, depression and anxiety, dissociation, relationship challenges, and low self-esteem and confidence. Rachel has further specialised training in Emotional Freedom Technique, EMDR Flash Technique, EMDR for OCD, Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), and Clinical and Advanced Hypnosis.
