Mandy Burvill is a Counsellor and Psychotherapist whose background in the music industry enables her to have an understanding of the emotional and psychological complexities and challenges of working in the arts. Mandy uses a person-centred therapeutic approach and has worked with a broad range of issues including relationship difficulties, anxiety, stress, long term health conditions, trauma, depression, addiction, performance anxiety, and loss of self.
Mandy currently balances a freelance career as a classical musician with her psychotherapy practice. She has considerable experience of working with students in university and music college settings, in addition to a particular interest in mid-career musicians.
