Sally J Freeman is an HCPC Registered Clinical Dietitian specialising in music, arts and performance health. With over 25 years’ experience in the music industry working in Live Music and at Glastonbury, alongside senior NHS clinical practice, Sally understands the physical and psychological demands of live performance, touring and creative careers.
She has worked extensively across the live events sector, including 20 years with Glastonbury supporting DJ’s, Artists and young emerging artists through the BBC Introducing stage.
Sally regularly speaks on mental health, behaviour change and sustainable performance careers within the creative industries and at international conferences.
Within the NHS, Sally has specialised in mental health, eating disorders, neurodiversity, women’s and maternal health, disability and gut health.
Sally provides evidence-based, personalised nutrition support for artists, musicians and creative professionals, integrating nutrition, sleep, movement and stress management to optimise performance, recovery and long-term wellbeing.
