Caitlin Seto is a physiotherapist specialising in hand therapy and upper limb injuries. Caitlin puts her musical training to use when treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions in musicians and creative performers.

Throughout her career as a physiotherapist, Caitlin gained extensive experience working with musicians of all instruments and skill-levels, including work with individuals of the London Philharmonic Orchestra. Caitlin assesses injuries/pain, looking at movement, strength, posture, and technique to create an individualized treatment programme for musicians. She uses a variety of techniques such as soft tissue release, exercise, acupuncture and dry needling, splinting, and taping to support musicians in performing to the best of their abilities. She also teaches reformer pilates to help people with posture, mobility, and flexibility, to aid in general health and fitness.

Caitlin studied piano for 10 years and flute for 5 years. She has played in bands and orchestras from a young age and continues to play for leisure. Caitlin’s aim is to provide support and care for musicians and performers to help them master their skills and achieve their goals.
