In this session, counsellor and psychotherapist Laura Duester looks at the signs of low self-esteem, imposter syndrome and perfectionism with a focus on how to challenge these thoughts and behaviours, covering the following topics:

  • Self-doubting behaviours and thoughts

  • Signs of low self-esteem

  • Low self-esteem and performers

  • Imposter syndrome, perfectionism
