I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist (MBACP, NCPS Accredited) working with people across the creative industries, including performers, actors, musicians, freelancers, and professionals working in film, television, fashion, and media.

Before training as a psychotherapist, I spent over two decades working within creative and corporate environments. I understand firsthand the unique pressures that can come with creative work: rejection, inconsistency of income, identity tied to output, performance anxiety, public perception, comparison, burnout, and the emotional impact of working in high-intensity or high-visibility spaces. My husband also works in Film & TV, which continues to deepen my understanding of the rhythms and demands of production life.

I work integratively, blending Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches. This allows us to explore both what sits beneath the surface; identity, shame, early relational patterns, creative blocks, and to develop practical tools for managing anxiety, mood, overwhelm, and self-doubt.

Many of the people I support are outwardly capable and high-functioning but privately anxious, self-critical, or exhausted. Others come during times of transition; career shifts, loss of work, relationship changes, health diagnoses, or creative uncertainty.

My style is grounded, collaborative, and gently challenging. Therapy with me is not about fixing you; it’s about helping you understand yourself more clearly, build emotional resilience, and create a steadier internal foundation, so your work and life feel less driven by fear and more aligned with who you are.

I offer online and telephone sessions UK and International, as well as in-person appointments in Liverpool and the Wirral.
