Life in the performing arts can be exciting, creative, and fulfilling — but it can also be unpredictable, demanding, and emotionally challenging. I’m Chris, a BACP-registered integrative counsellor with over four years of experience, offering specialist support for those working across the arts.
My approach is person-centred, with empathy, curiosity, and compassion at its core. I provide a safe, confidential space where you can explore your experiences openly — whether you’re facing anxiety, burnout, creative pressure, or personal challenges that impact your work and wellbeing. Together, we’ll find ways to help you navigate life’s waves, build resilience, and reconnect with what supports and inspires you.
Alongside my private practice, I work with Theatr Clwyd supporting both freelance and core staff, giving me valuable insight into the realities of creative work and the pressures that can come with it.
I offer in-person sessions in Mold, Flintshire, and online counselling for clients across the UK.
If you’d like to find out more or book a session, please feel free to get in touch — I’d be happy to hear from you.
