We are looking for a new staff member to work on our busy helpline, speaking with patients who are looking for support with healthcare issues relating to their creative work.

You will understand the world of performing arts and how a creative career can impact health. You will be empathetic, have a good telephone manner and be confident working with computer databases to register patients and book them an appointment. This is a fast-paced, rewarding job which provides real benefit to performance professionals. You will be part of a team and full training and support will be given.

The job is based at our office in central London for 2 days a week, working Thursday and Friday. You must be able to work in the office when required. Remote working will also be required.
