Psychotherapist with extensive music industry experience as a recording artist, producer and composer, as well as in artist management and A&R. Working with creative practitioners throughout the arts, he has helped people overcome problems including anxiety, depression, stress, abuse, addiction, PTSD, eating disorders, body image, coping with injury, self-harm, relationship difficulties, family issues, sexuality issues. More specifically performance-related problems include those relating to confidence, stage fright, avoidance, career dilemmas, motivation, retirement, self-esteem and writers block. Has specific experience working with young people starting their careers, gained as a behavioural therapist at the Brit School and counsellor at Performers College for the Performing Arts.
