Guest Coach: Veronika Klirova

Veronika is a musician who helps other performers take care of their minds and bodies so that they can keep on performing.

Her life has revolved around music and music making. She learnt from her own experience as a flautist how crucial it is to maintain both her physical and mental wellbeing if she wanted to have a sustainable career as a musician.

She discovered yoga 10 years ago and it has been a constant companion, helping her in every way.

She trained as a yoga teacher in Rishkesh, India in 2018.

Her classes combine physical posture with breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques, particularly focusing on areas that are relevant to performers. With yoga a performer can learn to:

Relax, slow down and release tension

Improve strength and flexibility

Prevent injury

Work with enhanced focus
