Attentional focus study is well integrated into elite sport coaching and used with professional dancers as complementary techniques to enhance and optimise their performances. As attentional focus is one of the three foundational elements of a successful holistic movement, its research evidence-base and implementation can effectively and accessibly be integrated into an artistic practice. This webinar is intended to be an introduction to Optimal Focus and the implementation of an External Attentional Focus in optimising performance, and promoting wellbeing.
