Some notes about the list of practitioners you can see:

• Names, qualifications and disclaimer
  All practitioners in the Directory are registered with the appropriate professional body, and have indemnity insurance. This is checked by BAPAM annually. However, remember that we are not in a position to recommend a practitioner or give any advice except through the assessment clinics.
• Area of expertise
  You can search by four broad categories. The practitioners in those areas of expertise are listed alphabetically by area of specialism on the search results page. If you can’t find what you want on this page, try searching by ‘other’.
• Nearest town
  This means the nearest major town to where the practitioner works.
• Contact details
  In the majority of cases we have given telephone numbers (land lines where possible); if you can’t phone and need to email, try following links through to the website. Keeping the websites and links up to date is the responsibility of the practitioners. If the telephone number shown is 020 7404 8444, this means that you have to contact the practitioner via BAPAM.
